I know I’m not alone in feeling like our government hasn’t been “for” the people for quite sometime. It certainly doesn’t “promote the general welfare”, but then the felon in charge has actually said he doesn’t know if he has to uphold the Constitution, which I doubt he’s ever read.

It seems to move past the polite protest style of our current culture and adopt a more European style; when they go out to protest or boycott, it ain’t over until they get what they want; in the US, we schedule them, we advertise them, we get out there for a few hours and then we congratulate ourselves and we’ll see each in a couple of months…
Our own history shows us that sustained boycotts (like the Montgomery Bus Strike- over a year) and the protests at universities/institutions are effective…
Been saying this for a while. China's going to win everything in the end. So much evidence for that. Trump's accelerating that process. The silver lining in all of this is that people the likes of Musk are going to be in for a big surprise. China is the only weapon the world has against those people. If we manage to survive, this will be the next step in evolution. Or, we could wait for a meteor to hit us, so nature can start again. And in spite of what Mr. Musk has said recently, there's still no air on Mars.
